Customer downloads • final status clarity

Customer Final Package Center

Customers need to know what they can download, what is draft-only, what has been reviewed, what still needs attorney/finalization steps, and what should not be signed yet.

Draft and upload safety

Use copies, keep originals safe, and treat downloads as working materials until review is complete.

Generated files, summaries, and checklists can help you organize, but they are not legal advice and are not safe-to-sign final documents unless the required review and finalization steps are actually completed.

DDraft downloadsPDF, DOCX, Word-compatible DOC, RTF, TXT, HTML, JSON, and Google Docs export when configured.
RReview statusSelf-guided, staff cleanup, paralegal prep, attorney requested, attorney reviewed, or not safe to sign yet.
FFinalization checklistSigning, witness, notary, filing, funding, and transfer status tracked separately.
VVersion lockFinal version lock only after the proper gates are complete.
Customer-facing language: “Finished item” means organized in your account. It does not mean legally final, valid, filed, funded, transferred, notarized, or safe to sign unless the finalization status specifically says the real workflow completed.
