Organize digital assets and access instructions without putting secrets into the tool.

Record a service or asset label, the relevant owner or role, a safe contact or recovery path, where separate instructions are kept, a source label, and a follow-up. Estate Law Aid does not access accounts, verify authority, or transmit your entries.

Never enter: passwords, PINs, passcodes, authentication or one-time codes, private or secret keys, seed or recovery phrases, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, or security-question answers. Keep those only in a secure method you choose outside this tool.

Build the organizer

Use: category | service or asset label | owner or role | safe access/contact path | instruction location | source label | follow-up | status. Do not enter credentials or sensitive numbers.

Important limits

  • All labels, people or roles, access/contact paths, instruction locations, sources, follow-ups and statuses are user-entered.
  • The organizer does not log in, recover, close, transfer, value, preserve, delete, or distribute an account or asset.
  • It does not determine ownership, authority, beneficiary rights, legal effect, tax treatment, authenticity, access rights, or deadlines.
  • A compact save stores counts and general matter labels only—not service names, people, access paths, instruction locations, sources, passwords, credentials, documents, or full entries.
  • Full text or JSON exists only when you deliberately download it to a location you control.
