A professional may be relevant to more than one legal specialty. Estate Law Aid keeps its own specialty page while Smarter Justice is intended to coordinate one account, one claim authority, and one paid seat without duplicate billing.

What this page represents

Each accepted individual has one person-specific Estate Law Aid page. Each accepted firm has a separate firm page. Estate Law Aid does not merge people by name alone.

Central relationship

What is not active yet

Unclaimed public-source profiles do not create a Smarter Justice account, claim authority, subscription, paid seat, or cross-portal public dossier. Shared identity changes remain closed until exact central validation and reciprocal acceptance.

Corrections and conflicts

Disagreements fail safely

Conflicting names, firms, offices, media, credentials, suppression requests, or claim authorities are held for review rather than resolved by last-write-wins. Correction, suppression, removal, merge, unmerge, redirect, and rollback must remain traceable.
