A counted profile must help a user understand who the professional or firm is, why the listing may be relevant to Estate Law Aid, how the information was sourced, and how to correct or remove it—without implying representation, availability, endorsement, or results.
Utility floor
What every accepted profile includes
- one stable accessible canonical page
- clear individual or firm identity
- source-supported Estate Law Aid areas
- public geography and a safe business contact route or an explicit unavailable state
- source and review date
- claim, correction, suppression, and removal paths
- relationship and currentness handling
Not enough
What does not count
A search card, roster row, unresolved candidate, duplicate page, generic placeholder, source-only stub, or record lacking meaningful public information does not count as accepted profile growth.
Boundaries
What the profile does not prove
A public-source listing does not prove current credentials, identity, authority, participation, availability, ranking, quality, endorsement, membership, representation, or outcome.
