Important limits

  • Statuses are facts you enter; the tool does not verify signatures, witnesses, notarization, filing, recording, funding, delivery, revocation or supersession.
  • Import review distinguishes exact duplicates, same-document conflicts and safe additions; it does not decide which version controls.
  • Only records you explicitly select are appended. Existing text is not overwritten.
  • Compact saved results contain counts only; document names and source lines remain in the page unless you download them.
