Lapse or cancellation

Past due, cancellation, dispute, or suspension must not erase approved factual control or correction, suppression, and removal rights.

The portal projection is not the billing source of truth.
Smarter Justice must maintain the versioned server-authoritative Commercial Terms and Entitlement Manifest, provider product bindings, subscriptions, seats, transfers, proration, delinquency, receipts, refunds, support, and audit. This portal keeps those gates closed until exact central acceptance exists.
- Payment never creates identity, credentials, publication, specialty, ranking, endorsement, availability, representation, or outcomes.
- No client, lead, matter, revenue, rank, exclusivity, territory, or return is guaranteed.
- Moving a seat between individual and firm payment must avoid overlapping charges and entitlement gaps.
