Open carefully, not broadly.

For the first real paid users, the safest posture is owner-supervised New York/New Jersey launch only. Future states should remain waitlist/inactive until state-specific copy, attorney coverage, fulfillment SOPs, and finalization language are reviewed.

Referral rewards apply only to eligible platform fees after approval.
Attorney legal fees stay separate from platform fees and referral rewards.
AI outputs stay organizational and cannot approve documents.
Finalization claims require actual attorney/finalization workflow completion.
